I am back on track and feeling good this week. I’m pretty sure I’ve taken off what I gained last week. Last night D and I went with our friends Mike and Don to their bowling league practice. The three of them shared a pitcher of beer and I had a Malibu with pineapple juice. Yum! 🙂 Shortly after we got home, the power went out for about an hour. We four sat in the living room and chatted by candlelight. We decided it was fun and we should have candlelight chats more often.
Right now I am sitting here listening to Alison Krauss and Union Station. I’ve loved them for years. Now “Bella Donna” by Stevie Nicks is playing. Ahhh… Ya gotta love shuffling through iTunes. 🙂
I have a question for anyone reading this who has lost a lot of weight. Do you show your upper arms in public? I have a lot of loose arm skin already and I am still wearing tank tops a lot. It looks a little weird but I am ok with that… I think. I tend to get hot all the time so I would be pretty miserable in 3/4 length sleeves, which is what I would need to sufficiently cover my “wings”. I know… I’ll buy those tape things that they were selling on QVC that go on the sides of your face to give it some lift and I will tape up my flaps. Sweet, I’m on it. 😉 Haha, just kidding! Speaking of QVC, D and I watch it a lot, especially these days since we had the cable downgraded. Why is it that we want to order just about everything we see on there? Don’t worry, we pretty much never order anything. We just really want to! lol
